Ingredients
Lobster Roll
- 8 oz Cooked lobster meat chopped
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 TBSP Lemon juice
- 1 TBSP Fresh chives chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 4 Hot dog buns
- 1 TBSP Butter melted
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce shredded (optional)
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Pink Lemonade
- 24 oz Pink lemonade
- Ice cubes for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the lobster meat evenly with the dressing.
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Brush the inside surfaces of the hot dog buns with melted butter.
- Toast the buns in the skillet or griddle until they are golden brown on both sides.
- Line each toasted bun with lettuce leaves (optional). Divide the lobster mixture equally between the buns, filling them generously.
- Serve the Maine lobster rolls with potato chips, pickle spears, and pink lemonade.
