Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 4 slices Your choice of bread lightly toasted
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
  • 6 leaves Romaine lettuce cut to fit the bread
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 1 Avocado pitted and sliced
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle Spears

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar to taste
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  • Toast the bread.
  • Spread the mayo and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Build the sandwich as follows: slice of bread, lettuce, tomato, turkey, bacon, avocado, slice of bread.
  • Cut the sandwich in half.
  • Mix all of the ingredients for the homemade lemonade. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Serve the turkey bacon avocado sandwich with chips, pickle, and lemonade.
