Turkey Bacon Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Chipotle Sauce
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted (or your choice of bread)
  • 1 cup Spring mix
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 8 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 1 Avocados pitted and sliced
  • 2 oz BBQ potato chips

Sparkling Water

  • 16 oz Sparkling water cold

Instructions

  • Lay the bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Cook on both sides until it is golden brown and crisp. Set aside on paper towels to drain any excess grease. While the bacon is cooking, prep the ingredients above.
  • In a bowl, mix together the mayo and chipotle sauce until fully combined.
  • Lightly toast the bread then spread the chipotle mayo one side of each slice.
  • Layer the bread with lettuce, tomato, turkey, bacon, and avocado. Cut in half and serve with chips and sparkling water.
