Ingredients
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 3 cups Fresh cherries frozen unsweetened pitted
- 1/2 cup Graham cracker squares crumbled
- 2 tbsp Butter melted
- ¼ cup Pecans chopped
- 2 cups Vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- In a saucepan, sprinkle cornstarch and sugar over the cherries; stir to combine. Cook and stir over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, thoroughly combine crumbled graham cracker, butter, and chopped pecans.
- Spoon the cherry mixture into a bowl and sprinkle the cookie mixture over top and add a scoop of ice cream.
