Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 3 cups Fresh cherries frozen unsweetened pitted
  • 1/2 cup Graham cracker squares crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • ¼ cup Pecans chopped
  • 2 cups Vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, sprinkle cornstarch and sugar over the cherries; stir to combine. Cook and stir over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
  • Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, thoroughly combine crumbled graham cracker, butter, and chopped pecans.
  • Spoon the cherry mixture into a bowl and sprinkle the cookie mixture over top and add a scoop of ice cream.
