Ingredients
- 8 oz deli roast beef very finely chopped
- 2 tbsp onion finely diced
- 1/2 pepper diced
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In a nonstick pan sauté the onions and pepper in oil on medium heat and cook for 2 -3 minutes, until soft.
- Add in the chopped beef. Stir occasionally for 3 - 4 minutes until hot and serve.
Notes
* alternatively you can buy canned corned beef hash from the grocery store
