Roast Beef Hash

Ingredients

  • 8 oz deli roast beef very finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp onion finely diced
  • 1/2 pepper diced
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • In a nonstick pan sauté the onions and pepper in oil on medium heat and cook for 2 -3 minutes, until soft.
  • Add in the chopped beef. Stir occasionally for 3 - 4 minutes until hot and serve.

* alternatively you can buy canned corned beef hash from the grocery store
