Ingredients
- 2 bananas ripe sliced
- 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, mix the cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. The cream can also be whipped by hand with a wire whip in a bowl.
- In a nonstick pan over medium heat melt the butter. Add the banana slices. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Flip the slices and cook for 2-3 more minutes until the bananas are soft and warmed through.
- Spoon the whipped cream over sliced bananas to serve.
