Fried Bananas & Whipped Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas ripe sliced
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, mix the cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. The cream can also be whipped by hand with a wire whip in a bowl.
  • In a bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Toss the banana in the sugar and cinnamon.
  • In a nonstick pan over medium heat melt the butter. Add the banana slices. Cook for about 2-3 minutes. Flip the slices and cook for 2-3 more minutes until the bananas are soft and warmed through.
  • Spoon the whipped cream over sliced bananas to serve.
