Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat buns
- 12 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
- 4 oz Cheddar cheese sliced
- 8 leaves lettuce
- 12 slices tomato
- 4 pickles cut in half
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish (jar)
- 4 oz Corn chips Fritos or comparable brand
- 4 pickles halved
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together the mayo, dijon, and horseradish. Spread the mixture on the buns. Top buns with roast beef, lettuce, tomato, and cheddar cheese.
- Cut in half and serve with corn chips and pickles on the side.
