Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 2 Banana sliced
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 2 TBSP Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon

Bagel

  • 2 Your choice of bagel cut in half and lightly toasted
  • 6 TBSP Whipped cream cheese

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Add the ingredients for the smoothie into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed for volume or consistency. Dust the top with cinnamon.
  • Toast the bagel then spread both halves with cream cheese. Close the 2 halves together and cut them in half.
  • Enjoy the bagel with the smoothie.
