Ingredients

Sandwich

  • 4 slices Sourdough bread lightly toasted
  • 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Green leaf lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 8 oz Deli ham sliced thin
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 TBSP Red onion sliced thin or shaved
  • 2 Pickle spears
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Apple Juice

  • 24 oz Apple juice cold

Instructions

  • Toast the bread. Spread the mustard and mayo on one side of each slice.
  • Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, ham, cheese, and onion. Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips. Enjoy with apple juice.
