Ingredients
Chicken
- 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 8 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
Seasoning
- Salt
- Black pepper
Other Ingredients
- 2 large Tortilla wraps
- 3 TBSP Mayonnaise use preferred amount
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Tomato diced
- 1/2 cup Roasted red peppers chopped
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- In a bowl, mix the oil, garlic powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Coat the chicken in the mixture. Set aside.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken on both sides to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) using a thermometer. Then remove from the heat and set aside.
- Spread the mayo onto the wrap. Layer with lettuce, onion, tomatoes, roasted pepper, and chicken. Fold in the ends and roll up tight.
- Cut in half and serve with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
