- 2 Croissant cut in half horizontally
 - 1/2 cup Semisweet chocolate chips melted (use more if needed)

 - Your choice of sweetener
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). While the oven is heating, prep the croissant.
 - Make the croissants: Warm the croissant in the oven for 3 to 5 minutes. While baking, make the coffee and melt the chocolate.
 - Make the coffee according to the directions on the coffee maker.
 - Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at 20-second intervals, stirring after each time, until smooth. Do not over heat or chocolate will burn and clump up.
 - Spread the melted chocolate inside both halves of the croissant, then put both halves together and drizzle some over top.
 - Serve: Transfer the croissant to a plate. Enjoy with coffee.
