Ingredients
- 4 ounces White Mushroom sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 whole wheat buns
- 12 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
- 4 oz Cheddar cheese sliced
- 4 pickles cut in half
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a nonstick pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add in the mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms start to brown. Then set them aside.
- Top buns with mayo, roast beef, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese.
- Place the sandwiches in the oven on a baking sheet for 4- 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Cut in half and serve with pickles on the side.
