Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a nonstick pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add in the mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms start to brown. Then set them aside.
Top buns with mayo, roast beef, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese.
Place the sandwiches in the oven on a baking sheet for 4- 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Cut in half and serve with pickles on the side.
