Roast Beef Cheddar Mushroom Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces White Mushroom sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 whole wheat buns
  • 12 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
  • 4 oz Cheddar cheese sliced
  • 4 pickles cut in half
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a nonstick pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add in the mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms start to brown. Then set them aside.
  • Top buns with mayo, roast beef, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese.
  • Place the sandwiches in the oven on a baking sheet for 4- 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Cut in half and serve with pickles on the side.
