Ingredients

Lemon Water

  • 24 oz Water cold
  • 8 slices Lemon

Sandwich

  • 4 slices White bread toasted
  • 4 TBSP Yellow mustard
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 3 oz Capicola sliced thin
  • 3 oz Salami sliced thin
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced into rings
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Mix the water and lemon slices. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Toast the bread and spread the mustard on one side of each slice.
  • Layer with arugula, capicola, salami, cheese, and pepperoncini.
  • Serve: Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy with chips, pickle, and lemon water.
