Salami Capicola Sandwich

Lemon Water
- 24 oz Water cold
- 8 slices Lemon
Sandwich
- 4 slices White bread toasted
- 4 TBSP Yellow mustard
- 1 cup Arugula
- 3 oz Capicola sliced thin
- 3 oz Salami sliced thin
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup Pepperoncini sliced into rings
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Mix the water and lemon slices. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Toast the bread and spread the mustard on one side of each slice.
Layer with arugula, capicola, salami, cheese, and pepperoncini.
Serve: Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy with chips, pickle, and lemon water.
