Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 stalk celery diced
  • 1/4 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbsp mustard or ketchup (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large bowl mix together the ground beef, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, onion, celery, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and form into a loaf.
  • Cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes or to an internal temperature of 150 degrees using a thermometer. Remove from the oven and let meatloaf sit 2 - 3 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with mustard or ketchup on the side.
