In a large bowl mix together the ground beef, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, onion, celery, garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and form into a loaf.
Cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes or to an internal temperature of 150 degrees using a thermometer. Remove from the oven and let meatloaf sit 2 - 3 minutes before slicing.
