Ingredients
- 4 Ciabatta rolls lightly toasted
- 12 slices Tomato
- 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 12 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
- 1/4 Red onion sliced thin
- 4 oz Manchego cheese sliced thin
- 4 Pickles halved
Sauce
- 6 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tsp Yellow mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1.5 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Hot sauce
Instructions
- Whisk together all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lightly toast the ciabatta roll and spread the steak sauce on.
- Layer with tomato season with salt and pepper, lettuce, roast beef, red onion, and manchego cheese. Cut in half and serve with pickles.
