Roast Beef Manchego Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 Ciabatta rolls lightly toasted
  • 12 slices Tomato
  • 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 12 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
  • 1/4 Red onion sliced thin
  • 4 oz Manchego cheese sliced thin
  • 4 Pickles halved

Sauce

  • 6 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Yellow mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Hot sauce

Instructions

  • Whisk together all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lightly toast the ciabatta roll and spread the steak sauce on.
  • Layer with tomato season with salt and pepper, lettuce, roast beef, red onion, and manchego cheese. Cut in half and serve with pickles.
