Roast Beef Manchego Cheese Sandwich

- 4 Ciabatta rolls lightly toasted
- 12 slices Tomato
- 8 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 12 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
- 1/4 Red onion sliced thin
- 4 oz Manchego cheese sliced thin
- 4 Pickles halved
Sauce
- 6 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tsp Yellow mustard
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1.5 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Hot sauce
Whisk together all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Lightly toast the ciabatta roll and spread the steak sauce on.
Layer with tomato season with salt and pepper, lettuce, roast beef, red onion, and manchego cheese. Cut in half and serve with pickles.
