  • 1 tsp Fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup Red onion sliced thin
  • 2 Plain bagel halved and toasted (your choice of bagel)
  • 6 TBSP Whipped cream cheese more if needed
  • 6 oz Lox (smoked salmon)
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Coca Cola

  • 24 oz Coca Cola cold

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Toast the bagel.
  • Assemble the bagel: Spread the bagel with cream cheese. Top with salmon, capers, dill, and onion.
  • Serve: Enjoy the bagel with chips, pickle, and cola.
