- 1 TBSP Fresh chives chopped
- 2 tsp Fresh parsley minced
- 1 clove Garlic grated

- Black pepper
- 2 Everything bagel halved and toasted (or bagel of your choice)
- 2 TBSP Butter
- 4 Eggs beaten
Lemon Ginger Tea
- 2 bags Lemon ginger tea
- 24 oz Water
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients per the instructions above.
- In a bowl mix the cream cheese, chives, parsley, and garlic, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lightly toast the bagel. Then spread the cream cheese onto the bagel. Optional: place the two halves together like a sandwich and cut in half if desired.
- Prepare the tea according to the instructions on the package.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat. Add the butter and eggs. Stir the eggs continuously using circular motions with a spatula or wooden spoon to fluff them up and cook. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
