Bagel
- 2 tsp Capers minced
- 1 TBSP Fresh dill
- 2 tsp Red onion minced
- 2 Plain bagel halved and toasted (your choice of bagel)
- 4 TBSP Whipped cream cheese
- 6 oz Lox (smoked salmon)
Orange Juice
- 16 oz Orange juice cold
Instructions
- Prep capers, dill, and red onion per the instructions above.
- Toast bagel in a toaster oven.
- Assemble bagel: Spread the bagel with cream cheese. Top with salmon, capers, dill, and onion.
- Serve: Enjoy the lox bagel with orange juice.
