Ingredients

Bagel

  • 2 tsp Capers minced
  • 1 TBSP Fresh dill
  • 2 tsp Red onion minced
  • 2 Plain bagel halved and toasted (your choice of bagel)
  • 4 TBSP Whipped cream cheese
  • 6 oz Lox (smoked salmon)

Orange Juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice cold

Instructions

  • Prep capers, dill, and red onion per the instructions above.
  • Toast bagel in a toaster oven.
  • Assemble bagel: Spread the bagel with cream cheese. Top with salmon, capers, dill, and onion.
  • Serve: Enjoy the lox bagel with orange juice.
