Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Israeli couscous
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh chives chopped
Instructions
- Rinse couscous under cold water until water runs clear.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the broth to a boil. Cook the couscous according to the direction on the package. Drain any excess broth if needed.
- Add oil, lemon juice, thyme, and chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
