Ingredients
- Nonstick spray
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- Pinch Ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup Brioche bread cut into cubes (about 1 slice of bread per portion)
- 1/2 cup Banana
- Chocolate syrup optional
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekin (if making individual portions) with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix in the bread and banana. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the center is set but still a little wobbly and edges of bread have browned. Cool for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
