Instructions
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekin (if making individual portions) with nonstick spray.
In a bowl whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix in the bread and banana. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the center is set but still a little wobbly and edges of bread have browned. Cool for 5 minutes.
Serve warm. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
