Ingredients
- Nonstick spray
- 4 slices Sourdough bread
- 2 slices Swiss cheese halved
- 1 cup Kimchi
- 3 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
- Layer the bread with cheese, kimchi, and beef.
- Place the sandwich on the panini style grill and cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
- Cut the sandwich in half, serve with chips, pickle.
