Roast Beef Kimchi Panini

Ingredients

  • Nonstick spray
  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese halved
  • 1 cup Kimchi
  • 3 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
  • Layer the bread with cheese, kimchi, and beef.
  • Place the sandwich on the panini style grill and cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted.
  • Cut the sandwich in half, serve with chips, pickle.
