  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, add half of the oil. Brown the sausage patty on both sides and cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees using a thermometer. Remove from the pan and set aside. Warm the naan rounds in the pan on both sides then place the sausage patty on them.
  • Add the remaining oil to the pan. Crack the eggs in and cook until the whites are nearly set. Break the yolks and gently flip over with a spatula. Top with cheese and cook until melted.
  • Place the eggs on the naan. Cut in half and serve with apple.
