Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Orange zest
- 2 Banana peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Dried cherries
- 1 tbsp Sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp Raw sunflower seeds
- Honey very small amount for drizzling about a 1/4 teaspoon per portion
- 3/4 cups Grapes
Instructions
- Add the oats, water, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla extract, and orange zest to a saucepan over medium low heat. Cook the oatmeal according to the instructions on the package.
- Portion and top with banana, yogurt, cherries, sliced almond, sunflower seeds, and a drizzle of honey. Serve with grapes.
