Banana Cherry Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp Allspice
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Orange zest
  • 2 Banana peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Dried cherries
  • 1 tbsp Sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp Raw sunflower seeds
  • Honey very small amount for drizzling about a 1/4 teaspoon per portion
  • 3/4 cups Grapes

Instructions

  • Add the oats, water, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla extract, and orange zest to a saucepan over medium low heat. Cook the oatmeal according to the instructions on the package.
  • Portion and top with banana, yogurt, cherries, sliced almond, sunflower seeds, and a drizzle of honey. Serve with grapes.
