Ingredients
- Nonstick spray
- 4 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 4 Whole wheat tortilla
- 4 slices Mediterranean Gouda
- 2 cups Spring mix
- 12 slices Tomato
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast
- 1/4 cup Red onion shaved
- 4 Pickle spears halved
Instructions
- Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
- Spread the mustard onto the wrap. Layer with cheese, spring mix, tomatoes, turkey, and onion.
- Place the wrap onto the panini grill and cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted.(Alternatively, lightly grease a the grill pan on medium heat, place the wrap seam side down cook to golden brown then flip over and do the same to the other side).
- Cut in half and serve with pickles.
