- 1/2 cup Cucumber sliced into half circles
- 1/2 cup Beefsteak Tomatoes cut into wedges then halved into bite sized pieces
- 2 tsp Red onion minced
- 1/8 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes or until ready to serve.
