Tomato Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cucumber sliced into half circles
  • 1/2 cup Beefsteak Tomatoes cut into wedges then halved into bite sized pieces
  • 2 tsp Red onion minced
  • 1/8 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 clove Garlic grated
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Red wine vinegar

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients into a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes or until ready to serve.
