Ingredients

  • Leftover Pot Roast along with the potatoes, carrots, and gravy
  • 4 Sub rolls lightly toasted, (or bread of your choice)
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickles halved

Instructions

  • Place the leftover contents of the pot roast dinner in a pot on medium low heat. Bring to a simmer until everything is warmed through.
  • Lightly toast the bread.
  • Place the pot roast on the bread, about 1/2 to 3/4 cup per serving. Add some sliced potato and carrots if desired. Spoon some of the gravy over.
  • Serve with chips and pickles.
