- Leftover Pot Roast along with the potatoes, carrots, and gravy
- 4 Sub rolls lightly toasted, (or bread of your choice)
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickles halved
Place the leftover contents of the pot roast dinner in a pot on medium low heat. Bring to a simmer until everything is warmed through.
Lightly toast the bread.
Place the pot roast on the bread, about 1/2 to 3/4 cup per serving. Add some sliced potato and carrots if desired. Spoon some of the gravy over.
Serve with chips and pickles.
