Sriracha Chicken Ranch Wrap

Ingredients

  • Nonstick spray
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 lb Ground chicken
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Sriracha sauce use more or less deepening on desired spiciness
  • 4 Tortilla wraps use your favorite flavor wrap
  • 4 slices Gouda cheese halved
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 8 slices Tomato sliced into half circles
  • 2 stalks Celery cut into sticks about 3 to 4 per portion
  • 4 tbsp Ranch dressing
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
  • Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Once hot, add the oil. Add the chicken, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and sriracha. Brown while breaking it up into smaller pieces until it is no longer pink.
  • Layer the wrap with cheese, spinach, chicken, and tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper. Fold in the ends and roll up tight.
  • Place the wrap onto the panini grill and cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
    (Alternatively, lightly grease a the grill pan on medium heat, place the wrap seam side down cook to golden brown then flip over and do the same to the other side).
  • Cut in half and serve with celery sticks, ranch, and chips.
