Ingredients
- Nonstick spray
- 4 Spinach herb tortilla wraps or your favorite flavor wrap
- 4 slices Gouda cheese
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast
- 8 slices Tomato sliced into half circles
- 4 Pickle spears halved
Sauce
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Fresh dill chopped
Instructions
- Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease with nonstick spray.
- Whisk all of the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Then spread onto the wrap.
- Layer the wrap with cheese, spinach, turkey and tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Place the wrap onto the panini grill and cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted.(Alternatively, lightly grease a the grill pan on medium heat, place the wrap seam side down cook to golden brown then flip over and do the same to the other side).
- Cut in half and serve with pickles.
