Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 clove Garlic grated
- 1/2 tsp Fresh rosemary minced
- Nonstick spray
- 8 slices Sourdough bread cut in half, about 6 inch piece per portion
- 4 slices Havarti Cheese halved
- 2 cups Spring mix
- 12 oz Deli turkey breast
- 1/3 cup Red onion shaved
- 8 slices Tomato
- 4 Pickle spears
- 2 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- Whisk together the mayo, garlic, and rosemary in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat a panini style grill. Lightly grease it with nonstick spray.
- Spread the mayo on all slices of bread. Layer with cheese, spring mix, turkey, onion, tomato, and cheese.
- Cook on the panini grill until golden brown and the cheese is melted. (Alternatively place on a baking sheet and cook in a 350 degree oven using a heavy oven safe skillet or pan to press the sandwich down until the cheese is melted and the sandwich is crispy).
- Cut in half and serve with pickles and chips.
