Ingredients
- 4 Pita bread
- 2 cups Spring mix
- 8 oz Deli turkey breast
- 1 cup Tomato diced small
- 2 Pickles halved
Tapenade
- 1/2 cup Assorted olives minced
- 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Pepperoncini minced
- 2 tbsp Celery minced
Aioli
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Fresh dill chopped
Instructions
- Whisk all the ingredients for the aioli in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the tapenade.
- Warm the pita on both sides in a nonstick pan over medium heat to light golden brown.
- Layer the pita with spring mix, turkey, aioli, diced tomato, and tapenade.
- Serve with pickle.
