Ingredients
- 1 cup Daikon radish peeled and sliced thin into half moons
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced thin into half moons
- 8 Grape tomatoes quartered
- 2 tbsp Reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp Rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes optional
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds garnish
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Adjust any of the ingredients as needed to taste. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or more until ready to serve. Garnish with sesame seeds.
