Daikon Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Daikon radish peeled and sliced thin into half moons
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced thin into half moons
  • 8 Grape tomatoes quartered
  • 2 tbsp Reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds garnish

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Adjust any of the ingredients as needed to taste. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or more until ready to serve. Garnish with sesame seeds.
