- 4 Sub rolls lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce shredded
- 8 slices Tomato
- 12 oz Deli buffalo chicken breast sliced thin
- 4 tbsp Hot sauce
- 4 tbsp Crumbled blue cheese
- 8 Baby carrots halved
- 4 tbsp Blue Cheese Dressing substitute ranch if desired
- 2 stalks Celery cut into sticks
- 2 oz Potato chips
Instructions
- Layer the roll with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, and chicken. Top with hot sauce, blue cheese crumbles, and dressing. Serve carrot & celery sticks with dressing for dipping and chips.
