Ingredients

  • 4 Sub rolls lightly toasted (or bread of your choice)
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 8 slices Tomato
  • 12 oz Deli buffalo chicken breast sliced thin
  • 4 tbsp Hot sauce
  • 4 tbsp Crumbled blue cheese
  • 8 Baby carrots halved
  • 4 tbsp Blue Cheese Dressing substitute ranch if desired
  • 2 stalks Celery cut into sticks
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • Layer the roll with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, and chicken. Top with hot sauce, blue cheese crumbles, and dressing. Serve carrot & celery sticks with dressing for dipping and chips.
