Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat.
- Toss the zucchini slices with oil, oregano, and season with salt and pepper. Grill on both sides until tender and nicely marked, about 4 minutes per side.
- Season with salt to taste if needed. Cut into bite-sized pieces before serving.
