Ingredients
- 1/2 Corn on the cob shucked
- 1 small Heirloom tomatoes cut into thin wedges
- 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Fresh sage chopped
- 1 cloves Garlic grated
Instructions
- Heat a grill on medium heat or the oven broiler on low. Char the corn on all sides so it has deep brown coloring. Cut the corn kernels off the cob.
- In a bowl mix the tomato, oil, sage, garlic, and corn. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let sit until ready to serve.
