Charred Corn Heirloom Tomato

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Corn on the cob shucked
  • 1 small Heirloom tomatoes cut into thin wedges
  • 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Fresh sage chopped
  • 1 cloves Garlic grated

Instructions

  • Heat a grill on medium heat or the oven broiler on low. Char the corn on all sides so it has deep brown coloring. Cut the corn kernels off the cob.
  • In a bowl mix the tomato, oil, sage, garlic, and corn. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let sit until ready to serve.
